The Purpose of this Program

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be
Learning Week by Week
Week#1
Learn how to implement the ketogenic diet and reap all the rewards (more stable mood, less irritability, start feeling calm again, lose-weight).
Week#2
During this week you’ll become more fat adapted and teach the body to eat less often (less brain fog, more clear focus, get things done).
Week#3
Discover your personalized eating window (Intermittent Fasting) to trigger autophagy and start building new stem cells. Don’t worry you will learn what autophagy is. =)
Week#4
More fat burning power and tapping into those deep subcutaneous fat stores, AKA deep stubborn fat… learn the 5-1-1 feast/ famine cycle.
Week#5
Become a professional fat burner with the 4-2-1 cycle.
Week#6
Five Day Block Fast (deep and total body healing, rest and rejuvenation, breathe better, sleep better). If this sounds intimidating to you, that is exactly why you need this course. You don’t have to do 5 day block fast but it is one of the strongest tools our body has, join us to learn how to tap into it. This is also why we are going to be walking you through the process step by step and doing it together.
Week#7
Learn how to re-inoculate the gut, discover foods that will continue healing, what to eat and when + menu plans recipes!
